About 99 Risks

Practical governance. Real-world experience.

99 Risks Pty Ltd was established to help organisations navigate uncertainty through practical governance, risk, resilience, and assurance practices.

Drawing on experience across government, infrastructure, technology, emergency management, organisational development, and major transformation programs, our focus has always been the same:

Helping organisations maintain confidence in their decisions.

Over time, one observation became increasingly clear.

Many governance challenges are not caused by a lack of information.

They are caused by a lack of visibility.

This insight led to the development of software products designed to simplify oversight and improve organisational confidence.

Today, 99 Risks combines practical experience with technology to help organisations improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.

Experience in Practice

Grounded in complex operating environments.

Intelligent Risk has not been developed in theory.

It has been shaped through years of working within some of Australia's most complex operational environments, where governance, risk and resilience are inseparable from day-to-day decision-making.

My experience spans major government agencies, large-scale transformation programs and critical operational functions, including Corrective Services NSW and the NSW Police Force.

Across these environments I have established governance frameworks, led enterprise risk initiatives, built program management offices, strengthened organisational resilience, and supported assurance across multi-billion-dollar infrastructure and technology portfolios.

This work has included the expansion and renewal of correctional facility networks, large ICT transformation programs, organisational capability development, business continuity, disaster recovery, compliance, and executive reporting.

These experiences reinforced a consistent observation:

Organisations rarely fail because they lack information.

They struggle because information is disconnected, governance becomes fragmented, and emerging risks are recognised too late.

That observation became the foundation for Intelligent Risk—a practical approach that brings governance, risk, compliance and resilience together to improve organisational clarity, confidence and decision-making.
